National Boss Day

Always observed on October 16th in the US and Canada. Bearwiskers has the Greatest boss anyone could have. My boss is fair, honest, understanding, approachable and a great communicator! My boss puts extra time along side staff, doesn't yell or overwork me, has an open door policy and interacts with me to build better working relationships. I LOVE my boss. Now could I get a raise, please?
