Good Afternoon. Well I had to give up my pretzels, too much salt.... so I will feed them to Samatha, Mimi Bear,Brishane and Kajay.LOL LOL Hugs, Mimi
We heard that on TV this weekend. And I found out:National Pretzel Day is an unofficial food holiday that is celebrated annually on April 26. On this day, fans of these treats pay tribute to pretzels of all kinds. Pretzels can either be crunchy or soft, salty or flavored. They come in all kinds of shapes including sticks, twisted, or even round. So My question to you - how do you like your pretzels?I have always loved pretzels. My very fav are the kind that they sell from street venders on the corners in Philadelphia. Soft, Warm and with Philly mustard. I remember getting them and picking off the coarse salt.
I forgot to mention - I love pretzels, but don't eat them anymore. Like Mimi - salt, but also for me, the flour. I don't eat white flour anymore either..........
I like the soft ones, but I heard of a new one I want to try. It' a cheese steak pretzel, a cheese stake wrapped in pretzel dough!
I have to admit that soft ones with mustard were my favorites. I guess my second choice would be soft with melted cheese as a dip.... Yummy ........ Hugs, Mimi
